Established in 2001 by Lee Lampert, Custer County Candy Company has been serving the Black Hills for over 20 years!
Historic Building
For nearly two decades, we were known for being on the corner of 5th St. and Mt. Rushmore Rd. However, in 2020 we relocated across the street into the historic Custer County Bank building. The building was built in 1881, and the original bank vault and safe are still in our store space! Ask us to take a look!
Moving Forward
In 2022, following the passing of Lee Lampert, the Lappe family took over ownership of the business. We continue to uphold our reputation as the sweetest spot in the Black Hills!
